Description

Oil for vacuum pump, vacuum oil HV100, refill bottle with 1000ml compressor oil, special vacuum pump oil with a narrow boiling range for mechanical fine and high vacuum pumps

Vacuum pumps need oil for their operation. In the delivery condition of the vacuum pump or the compressor, vacuum pump oil is already filled into most pumps. Additional oil for refilling is often supplied with the pump. In any case, oil must be topped up after prolonged operation of the pump or compressor. It is specially developed for vacuum pumps and guarantees full pump function.

Fill this vacuum pump oil up to the marking of the oil dipstick or viewing window of your vacuum pump and also pay attention to the correct oil level during operation.

Cinematic: 94 mm2/s (94 cSt) at 40°C
Cinematic: 10.6 mm2/s (10.6 cSt) at 100°C

Vacuum pump oil with the following properties:
Favourable viscosity behaviour at different temperatures
Suitable for vacuum pumps of all brands at high and low ambient temperatures
High ageing resistance
Very good corrosion protection and anti-wear properties

For the following applications:
Application in mechanical vacuum pumps operating in the fine vacuum pump and high vacuum range up to approx. 10-4 mbar and in rotary vane pumps, barrier vane pumps, Roots pumps and rotary lobe pumps.
