This means that the prints of this black ink for Epson 114 and Epson 115 produce a high level of brilliance and, in conjunction with the other colors when printing images, a very balanced color image. When printing text, the color of the ink produces a very deep, beautiful result.

Hallo, ich verwende einen Epson EcoTank ET-8550 mit Ihrer kompatiblen Tinte für Epson 114/115 (Artikel-Nr.: E114S3). Dabei tritt ein reproduzierbares Druckproblem auf, bei dem ich gerne einschätzen würde, ob die Ursache theoretisch mit der Tinte zusammenhängen kann – insbesondere mit GY oder PB. Das Fehlerbild: Bei reinen Farben und bei Motiven ohne Grauanteile druckt der ET-8550 sauber. Sobald jedoch neutrale Grautöne bzw. Grauverläufe enthalten sind, entstehen sichtbare horizontale Streifen/Banding. Besonders betroffen sind 10 %, 25 % und 50 % Grau. 75 %, 90 % und 100 % Schwarz sind deutlich weniger auffällig bzw. teilweise sauberer. Auffällig ist außerdem: Wenn neben den Grauflächen farbige Bereiche liegen, zeigen auch diese Bereiche horizontale Dichte-/Streifenmuster. Drucke ich ähnliche Farben ohne Graubereich im Motiv, wirken diese sauber. Folgendes wurde bereits geprüft bzw. durchgeführt: * verschiedene Fotopapiere getestet, kein relevanter Unterschied * Epson-Düsentest ist vollständig und ohne sichtbare Lücken * Druckkopfausrichtung horizontal/vertikal durchgeführt * hohe Qualität, langsamer Druck und deaktivierte Farbkorrektur getestet: Streifen werden feiner, verschwinden aber nicht * Papierführungsreinigung durchgeführt * Translucent-/Encoder-Film geprüft und vorsichtig gereinigt, keine sichtbare Verschmutzung * PB- und GY-Düsen/Kanäle mit ihrem geeignetem Druckkopfreiniger gespült (Artikel-Nr.: T00300-TAV2S0) * anschließend Power Cleaning durchgeführt * Wartungskasten C9345 wurde ersetzt * Düsentest ist weiterhin sauber, das Banding bei 10/25/50 % Grau bleibt jedoch bestehen Meine Frage: Kann dieses Fehlerbild aus Ihrer Sicht durch das Fließverhalten, die Viskosität, Oberflächenspannung, Farbstoffdichte oder Raster-/Tropfenbildung der kompatiblen GY- oder PB-Tinte verursacht werden, obwohl der normale Düsentest sauber aussieht? Haben Sie hierzu Testwerte der Tinte? Gibt es bekannte Fälle beim Epson ET-8500/ET-8550, bei denen insbesondere helle/mittlere Neutralgrautöne mit kompatibler GY/PB-Tinte horizontales Banding zeigen? Falls ja: Was würden Sie empfehlen? Zum Beispiel kontrolliertes Verdrucken/Spülen von GY/PB, Umstieg auf Originaltinte für GY/PB, bestimmte Treibereinstellungen, ICC-Profil oder ein anderer Lösungsweg? Testbilder und Scans kann ich bei Bedarf bereitstellen. Vielen Dank im Voraus.
