For refilling, you need the following supplies:
- syringe with needle
- approx. 8ml of black ink
- adhesive tape
Remove the black Kodak 10 cartridge from your printer and place it on the table in front of you. Make sure that your workplace is well protected against staining. Put the needle on the syringe and draw in the recommended amount of ink.
The filler opening is located underneath the label on top of the Kodak 10 B cartridge. Insert the syringe into the filler opening shown in picture 1. Carefully fill the ink into the cartridge (picture 2). If ink leaks from the opening, draw 1-2ml back into the syringe.
Clean the filler opening and seal it with adhesive tape (picture 3). Make sure that the opening is sealed tightly. After refilling the cartridge, you have to exchange the chip that monitors the filling level of the cartridge.
Hold the Kodak 10 cartridge as shown in picture 4 and push down the lever. Then carefully remove the chip (picture 5) and replace it with the new one. Please make sure to insert the chip in the right direction (picture 6). Your Kodak 10 cartridge is now ready to print, and you can reinsert it into your printer.
