    30 ml Alcohol Ink in white for fluid painting, epoxy and resin

Create gorgeous color gradients, abstract effects, and endlessly surprising shapes with the brillant Octopus Fluids Alcohol Inks. And if you’re already an alcohol ink expert, our Alcohol Inks will win you over with their special flow properties and varied, exciting intercolour bleeding. 

    The Octopus Fluids Alcohol Ink SNOWFLAKE is a  pigmented and fast-drying colour with an alcohol base developed especially for fluid painting techniques.
    It can be used on almost all smooth, non-porous materials. It is best suited to specially coated papers (e.g. Yupo Paper), glass, metal, ceramics, porcelain, and stone – the applications of Octopus Fluids Alcohol Inks are almost endless.
    After drying, the acid-free Alcohol Inks are smudge- and waterproof, but can be re-liquefied or removed at any time using isopropyl alcohol. Even better results can be achieved using our Octopus Fluids Cleaner.

    Thanks to its luminous intensity and extremely well-balanced intercolour bleeding, our Alcohol Inks are not only good for imbuing your fluid painting artworks with their particular expressive force. They are also excellently suited to colouring your resin artworks or resin jewellery. But exciting mixed media projects can also be created very well with our alcohol inks.

    Used with the Octopus Fluids Blending Solution, which is designed especially for our Alcohol Inks, you can achieve enhanced colour nuances and effects. Our specially developed cleaner completes our range of products.

    Ich verwende die weiße Alkoholfarbe zum Einfärben von Epoxidharz. Sie lässt sich sehr gut einrühren und macht das Epoxid strahlend weiß.

    "Ich habe vor die Farben eurer Alcohol Inks mit dem Weiß Snowflake zu mischen. Mein Ziel ist es Pastelltöne zu erlangen. Geht das? Danke für eure Antwort."

    "Hallo Peter, danke für Deine Frage. Kurz gesagt, ja das geht sehr gut. Du musst nur jeweils vor der Verwendung darauf achten die Flasche gut zu schütteln oder zu rühren. Unsere Snowflake Tinte, wie jede andere weiße Alkoholtinte, ist eine pigmentierte Tinte. Das Bedeutet, dass der weiße Farbton durch kleine feste Teilchen zustande kommt. Diese Teilchen setzen sich mit der Zeit in der Flasche ab und werden teilweise von den von Dir beigemischten Farben getrennt. Durch Schütteln vermischen diese sich aber wieder sehr gut. Übrigens hilft der von Dir gemischte Pastellton auch auf dunklen oder sogar schwarzen untergründen mit unseren Alcohol Inks schöne Effekte zu erzielen, weil die weißen Pigmente verhindern, dass der schwarze oder dunkle Untergrund durchscheint."

    "Hallo, da es sich um pigmentierte Tinte handelt ist davon abzuraten damit Alkohol Faser Marker wiederzubefüllen. Unsere Alkoholtinte wurde speziell für Fluid Painting Techniken entwickelt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Octopus Team"

    "Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Frage. Unsere Alcohol Ink "Snowflake" ist für den Petri Dish Effekt geeignet. Bitte beachten Sie, wenn das Harz sehr flüssig ist oder sehr viel Weiß verwendet wird, kann das Weiß direkt auf den Boden fallen, was dann unerwünschte weißen Flecken in Petrischale verursacht. Schöne Ergebnisse erhalten Sie, wenn das Harz vor dem eintropfen der Farben, etwas angelieren lassen. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gern zur Verfügung. Ihr Octopus Team"
