You can reset the chips of the Canon PGI-225, CLI-226 cartridges easily, quickly and cost effectively. By resetting the chip You keep the monitoring of the ink level of the cartidges working.
The main purpose of the chips attached to the Canon cartridge is to monitor the level of the ink inside the ink tanks. Finally there is a message created by the chip that the ink inside the cartridge is low and that the cartridge will be empty soon. Easy handling:
Connect the resetterwith the USB cable to an available USB port.
Place the refilled cartridge into the resetter. The chip must be facing into the direction of the contact pins.
Push the cartridge down that the chip touches the contact pins. A short flash signals that the contact has been made.
The following continuous LED lights indicated that the reset has been completed successfully.
