Description

The auto reset chip for HP 913 ink cartridges resets the cartridge level indicator to "full".

The chip fits the following ink cartridges:
HP 913 (F6T79AE) yellow

For ink cartridges for the following printers:
HP PageWide Managed P 55250 dw, MFP 377 dw, Pro 450 Series, Pro 470 Series, Pro 552 dw, 352 dw.

The HP 913 ink cartridge has a chip. When you have printed the cartridge empty, the original chip tells the printer that the cartridge is empty. This message can be ignored, but this will result in the loss of the fill level message and, in the worst case, damage to the print head. Therefore, replace the original chip with this auto-reset chip. The auto-reset chip remembers the last fill level when the printer is turned off and resets itself automatically (when the status "empty" is reached) if you have removed the cartridge from the printer for 10 seconds.

If the reset is not initiated beforehand, you will have the same print range as the original HP 913 cartridges.

Auto-reset chip Change:

You can easily replace the original chip with the auto-reset chip for the HP 913 ink cartridge. Simply replace the old chip in the cartridge with the new auto-reset chip. You can then refill your HP cartridge as often as you like. The reset occurs automatically when the cartridge is inserted into the printer. You no longer need a chip resetter and do not have to deactivate the ink level, nor do you have to deactivate the HP cartridge protection.
