Fill Bill refill tools for professional ink cartridge refilling

Fill Bill systems are practical tools designed for the controlled refilling of compatible ink cartridges. This category includes Fill Bill FOCUS devices, matching cuffs and adapters, as well as selected sets supplied with Octopus refill inks. The products are suitable for private users with regular printing requirements, offices, workshops and professional cartridge refill services.

Many Fill Bill FOCUS models use a vacuum-based filling method. During this process, refill ink is drawn into the cartridge through its ink outlet. Depending on the cartridge type, this method can eliminate the need to drill or open the cartridge housing. A clamping mechanism holds the cartridge securely and helps create the required seal during filling. This supports clean, controlled and repeatable handling.

Different Fill Bill versions are designed for specific cartridge families. Available options include tools for Canon PGI-5, PGI-520, PGI-525, PGI-550, PGI-570 and PGI-580 cartridges, together with the corresponding CLI colour cartridges. Other versions support selected HP 364, 903, 920, 934 and 935 cartridges or Primera LX 900 and Bravo 4100 systems. Always compare the exact cartridge number before selecting a refill tool.

Fill Cuffs connect the cartridge to the refill system. The range includes dedicated cuffs for black and colour cartridges, wide individual ink tanks and universal versions for various cartridge formats. Suitable cuffs can also extend the compatibility of certain Fill Bill tools, making them usable with additional supported cartridges.

When combined with the correct Octopus refill ink, a suitable Fill Bill tool allows existing cartridge housings to be used several times. This reduces the need for replacement cartridges and gives You better control over the required ink quantity. For dependable results, follow the relevant refill instructions and make sure that the tool, cuff, ink and cartridge are fully compatible. Careful preparation and correct positioning are essential for a clean filling process.
