This reset lever for Brother TN-1050, HL-1110, 1112, DCP-1510, 1512, MFC-1810, 1815 cartridges allows you to refill starter cartridges and continue printing as usual once the reset lever is installed.

Starter cartridges are usually comprised in the delivery when a new printer is purchased. Contrary to original replacement cartridges, starter cartridges do not have a reset lever.
It is not possible to use refilled starter cartridges without this reset lever. Once you install this reset lever on your Brother TN-1050, HL-1110, 1112, DCP-1510, 1512, MFC-1810, 1815 starter cartridge, you can continue printing without any problems.
