Description

Chip resetter for Canon PGI-72 cartridges with USB power supply. The USB cable is included in the delivery.

For Canon Pixma Pro 10 and Canon Pixma Pro 10 S printers.

Reset the chips of Canon PGI-72, Pixma Pro 10 cartridges in a simple, quick and cost-effective way without affecting the filling level display.

This chip resetter has been developed for resetting original chips.

The chip attached to the Canon cartridge monitors the filling level and sends a warning message to the computer shortly before the cartridge is empty. You can reset the filling level of your Canon cartridge to "full" with this chip resetter, without affecting the functionality of the chip (incl. filling level display and warning messages).

The Canon chip resetter resets the following Canon cartridges:

  • Canon PGI-72 PBK light black
  • Canon PGI-72 MBK black matte
  • Canon PGI-72 C cyan
  • Canon PGI-72 M magenta
  • Canon PGI-72 Y yellow
  • Canon PGI-72 PC light cyan
  • Canon PGI-72 PM light magenta
  • Canon PGI-72 GY grey
  • Canon PGI-72 R red
  • Canon PGI-72 CO optimizer

Simple to use:
Touch the refilled cartridge to the contact pins of the resetter; the LED flashes briefly as the process starts. After a few seconds, the process is complete and the LED glows red continuously.

For professional refillers: Your customers will be grateful. As long as the filling level display works, the cartridges are rarely emptied completely. As printing without ink is the most common cause for damage to the print head with Canon PGI-72 cartridges, the filling level display can save costs for unnecessary repair or replacement of the print head.

This chip resetter is not an original product and was not produced by the printer manufacturer. The names of manufacturers and trademarks are indicated for identification purposes only and are the property of their respective owners.

Hello and thank you for your question. Basically the chip resetter only resets the chips of ORIGINAL cartridges (No set up cartridges and No alternative cartridges). Therefore the firmware has no influence on the reset chips. Kind regards, Your Octopus Team.

Guten Tag, der Canon Pixma TR 4550 Drucker verwendet die PG-545/CL-546 Druckkopfpatronen. Für Druckkopfpatronen gibt es leider keinen Chipresetter, Sie können hierbei nur nach der Befüllung die Tintenfüllstandsmeldung deaktivieren um weiter drucken zu können.
