    "Ihr Kit CICCPGI580S1 ist für meinen TR-8550 geeignet. Sind die Einmal-Chips exakt gelich den original-chips? D.h. werden mit Aufbrauch der Tinte dieseleben Meldungen "aufgebraucht" angezeigt? Ist nach Manuellfüllung das Resetten derzeit nicht möglich? Gibt es Dauerchips, die immer "voll" anzeigen? Ihr Anleitung besagt nur Orginal CANON Behälter lassen sich unter Abschaltung der Füllstandsüberwachung weiter verwenden - Ihre auch?"

    "Guten Tag, der angegebenen kompatible Patronensatz CICCPGI580S1 ist für Ihren Drucker Canon Pixma TR-8550 geeignet. Diese Patronen bieten die gleiche Tintenfüllstandsanzeige, wie Ihre Originalpatronen. Ein Reset der Patronen PGI-580/CLI-581 ist derzeit leider nicht möglich, ebenso sind weder Auto-Reset-.Chips noch Einmal-ersatz-Chips erhältlich. Aktuell ist nur eine Tinten-Nachfüllung bei Originalpatronen mit ausgeschaltetem Tintenfüllstand möglich. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Octopus Team"
