Description
The result is impressive and should inspire every refiller and recycler. iJET WET protects and preserves. Special components absorb and bind moisture from the air. Thus iJET WET evaporates only very slowly and its print heads stay fresh for a long time.
The fields of application:
1. Before refilling:
In recyclers and everywhere where ink cartridges are often filled, printer cartridges accumulate, which should only be further processed at a later point in time or should not be used for a certain purpose at the moment. These empties are often stored for months in containers without suitable print head protection. Over time, these print heads dry out and have to be laboriously set in motion later. Many of these printheads can no longer be saved and can be disposed of.
The solution is iJET WET. Store your print heads in this special solution in the future. Put some iJET WET in a tray. It is usually sufficient if the bottom of the tray is covered with approx. 5mm iJET WET. Now insert the print head. If the nozzle plate is not completely immersed, add a few drops.
The print head is fresh even after months and shows no corrosion damage. Just as at the time of storage, the cartridge can be cleaned, filled and written on later.
2. After refill:
Recycled cartridges usually come in storage clips after refill or are given home to the customer in protective caps. In the future, after filling and before insertion into the storage clip, use a pipette to apply a drop of iJET WET to the printhead and wipe it off carefully. iJET WET penetrates the printhead minimally and protects it. When writing on the cartridge in the printer, iJET WET behaves like colourless ink and is simply printed with the coloured ink. Blockages caused by long storage are avoided.
iJET WET is biodegradable.
