Description

Reset the chip on original Brother LC-3211, LC-3213, LC-3217, LC-3219 inkjet cartridges. The resetter is made for a total of 120 resets.

Special Feature: REPRO Function (Reset Protection Function):
The resetter for Brother LC-3211, LC-3213, LC-3217, LC-3219 cartridges will reset the cartridge chip and then ignore further reset attempts until the cartridge has been used in a printer. Once the cartridge has been installed, and used, it is then possible to remove and reset the cartridge/chip again. This function stops the user from wasting the reset count/limit unnecessarily.

Suitable for the orgignal inkjet cartridges of the following printer models:

The reset process is really simple:
Simply plug the USB cable of your printer into the Chipresetter and connect the other end to your computer. The resetter is powered by this and its LED will blink red.
Hold the chip contacts of your cartridge against the pins of the resetter and wait a short moment. The LED now lights green. The chip has been set back now and will show a full ink level in Your printer. Please make sure that there is also the proper amount of refill ink in this cartridge.

Please pay attention to:
The resetter is made for 120 resets. When reaching this amount the resetter can not be used for further resets.
Please make sure that the cartridge´s chip is intact BEFORE trying to reset the chip.

The chip resetter is not a product of the original printer manufacturer. The names of manufacturers and trademarks are indicated for identification purposes only and are the property of their respective owners.

Can you shiped to greece? The black ink lc3219xl is biger than the other color. How to fix in reseter to reset the chip?

Hello, we also ship to Greece, the costs for this are 14,95€. The black cartridge is bigger than the colored ones but the area on which the chip is fixed has the same width for all cartridges ( LC-3211,LC-3213, LC-3217, LC-3219). Your Octopus Team

Good afternoon, I bought a refill ink set for Brother cartridges LC-3217, -19. Is it possible only to refill the cartridges, without resetting the chip? Does the printer work properly after this refill? And can I use the refilled cartridges by putting some tape on the window of the cartridge, so the printer thinks it is completely filled? Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for your request. You can use the refill ink to fill original cartridges from the manufacturer and also fill-in cartridges. The chip resetter for Brother LC-3211, LC-3213, LC-3217, LC-3219 can only be used with original cartridges. After filling and resetting the original cartridge, you can insert it again and continue printing. You must not mask the contacts! With the original Brother LC-3217 and LC-3219 cartridges, you can only fill and reset these or use fill-in cartridges, you can also refill them, but not reset them (the disposable chips must be exchanged). Welches Kabel ist für den Resetter erforderlich? Mein Drucker hat kein USB-Kabel.

Guten Tag, der Chipresetter benötigt ein herkömmliches Druckerkabel. Druckerkabel sind meist USB-A (wie bei USB-Sticks) auf USB-B (dieser Stecker gehört in den Anschluss am Drucker). Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Octopus Team

Hello, if you are using Brother original LC-3211, LC-3213, LC-3217 or LC-3219 cartridges, you can use the chip resetter to reset the ink level and continue printing. If a cartridge is not recognized by the printer, it can also be a chip error. Best regards Your Octopus Team
