Hallöchen ich habe mir das Video von euch angesehen ...erstmal finde ich das Video sehr gut :D Meine Frage ich habe L 3219 Patronen da , kann ich nicht einfach nur die chips kaufen und die Patronen so nachfüllen ? oder muss ich mir die 3217 kaufen und das so wie im Video mache? Danke für Ihre Mühe !!! Mfg Manuel

Guten Tag, leider können bei den Originalen Brother Patronen die Chips nicht gewechselt werden. Deshalb ist es notwendig, kompatible Patronen zu haben, bei denen der Chip samt Batterie entfernt und ersetzt werden kann. Sollten Sie eigene kompatible Patronen haben, bei denen das geht, können Sie selbstverständlich diese benutzen. Ihr Octopus Team

Tag, sind die Chips immer Aktuell gegenüber der Firmware oder gilt im allgmeinen auch hier die Firmware nicht zu aktualisieren?

Guten Tag, die Chips werden immer aktuell gehalten und sollten den jeweils gültigen Firmware-Versionen der Drucker entsprechen. Wir empfehlen unseren Kunden dennoch, die Firmware nicht zu aktualisieren. Es könnte sonst passieren, dass die alternativen Patronen nach dem Auffüllen nicht mehr erkannt werden. Ihr Octopus Team

Hallo für wieviele Seiten sollen denn die Chips reichen ? Leider musste ich den ersten Chip bereits nach nur wenigen Seiten tauschen. Die Patrone war noch zu 95 % voll !! kann das sein ??? Ich musste alle 4 Chips wechsaeln, da nach und nach jede Patrone meldete leer zu sein obwohl sie komplett voll war ? mfg David

Guten Tag, es handelt sich hierbei um die XL-Version bei den Chips, die Anzahl der zu bedruckenden Seiten sollte sich somit bei BK bei ca. 3.000 und bei C/M/Y bei ca. 1.500 Seiten bewegen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ihr Octopus Team
