    Compatible to the following Brother printers: Brother MFC-J 5320, MFC-J 5600 series, MFC-J 5620 DW, MFC-J 5625 DW, MFC-J 5720 DW. These refillable cartridges replace the Brother LC-229 BK, LC-225cartridges.
     
    Scope of delivery:
    • Refillable black cartridge for LC-229 BK (empty, without ink)
    • Refillable cyan cartridge for LC-225 C (empty, without ink)
    • Refillable magenta cartridge for LC-225 M (empty, without ink)
    • Refillable yellow cartridge for LC-225 Y (empty, without ink)

    Before purchasing, please check under the "Compatibility" tab that your printer model is included in the listing. If your printer is not listed, please select the appropriate cartridge set from our offer or contact our customer Service.

    Reset procedure:
    When the printer sends the message "almost empty" (symbol: yellow circle with exclamation mark), the number of pages on the chip is close to zero, irrespective of the actual filling level of the cartridge. At this point, the chip cannot be reset yet. The printer sends the message "empty" (symbol: red circle with a white X) when the number of pages has counted down to zero. Now, the chip can be reset. We recommend refilling ink now, as well. After refilling, the chip is automatically reset.
     
    The entire set of cartridges has to be replaced. It is not possible to use individual refill cartridges combined with original cartridges of the Brother LC-229 BK, LC-225 series.
     
    The easy way to refill Brother LC-229 BK, LC-225 cartridges!
     
    These cartridges are refilled by means of the lower filler opening. Remove the coloured plug and fill the cartridge. Then reinsert the plug. The transparent plug at the top has to be removed prior to the printing process. This way, air can replace the ink used for printing; otherwise a vacuum is created that impedes the flow of the ink to the print head. Please check that you use the correct ink for these cartridges! All-round inks or inks for other cartridge types may affect the operation of your printer and even damage the print head.

    Easy to use

    Working perfectly after removing black piece from back of cartridge in my MFC-5720DW with latest firmware.

    Funktioniert an MFC-J5320 u. J5720

    Habe diese Nachfüllpatronen gegen die Original-Einwegpatronen getauscht. Zuerst nur die Farbpatronen (gefüllt nur mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit), später auch die Schwarze mit schwarzer Nachfülltinte. Der Drucker hat die Patronen sofort erkannt und druckt problemfrei. Für mich eine gute Lösung, weil ich nur monochrom drucken will, es aber keine s/w-Tintenstrahldrucker mehr zu kaufen gibt.

    gute Nachfüllpatronen mit Autoreset-Chip

    Die neuen Fill-In-Patronen wurden, nachdem ich wie in der Beschreibung aufgezeigt den kleinen inneren Teil des schwarzen Clips herausgedrückt hatte, problemlos von dem Brother MFC-J5320DW erkannt. Die Befüllung der Patronen verlief einfach. Das Druckbild ist gut. Jetzt warte ich auf die erste Meldung, dass nachgefüllt werden soll. Dann Patrone raus, nachfüllen, Patrone rein. So soll es sein. Bei Problemen bekommt man schnell eine Antwort vom Service! Von mir eine Empfehlung für alles.

    "Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, woran es liegen kann. Zum ersten gehen Sie bitte sicher, dass es sich auch um den korrekten Patronentyp für Ihren Drucker handelt. Die Kompatibilitätsliste hilft Ihnen dabei. Wenn alles stimmt, haben Sie zum zweiten die Option, an der Patrone selbst einen kleinen Plastik-Steg einzusetzen oder herauszudrücken, der entsprechend eine Lichtschranke blockiert oder durch lässt. Ob der Steg von Nöten ist, variiert zwischen den Druckermodellen, probieren Sie deshalb beide Varianten: Bei der richtigen wird Ihr Drucker die Patrone erkennen. Der Steg befindet sich auf der Seite der Patrone, wo sich auch der Tintenauslass befindet und liegt etwas oberhalb davon. Die Nachfüllanleitung kann Ihnen dabei helfen."

    "Die Patronen verfügen über zwei Öffnungen. Zum einen über eine Befüllöffnung, die zum Auffüllen der Tinte genutzt wird. Zum zweiten über eine Belüftungesöffnung. Stellen Sie sicher, dass diese Belüftungsöffnung nach dem Befüllen stets offen bleibt, damit Luft in die Patrone nachströmen kann. Bleibt diese verschlossen, entsteht in der Patrone ein Unterdruck, sodass keine Tinte mehr in den Druckkopf nachfließen kann. Entfernen Sie den Stopfen, dann druckt Ihre Patrone wieder ordnungsgemäß."
