    These single-use chips for HP 950, 951 cartridges reset the filling level display of the cartridges to "full".

    Compatible to:
    HP 950 (CN049AE) black
    HP 951 (CN050AE) cyan
    HP 951 (CN051AE) magenta
    HP 951 (CN052AE) yellow

    HP 950, 951 cartridges are equipped with a chip. When the cartridge is empty, the original chip signals to the printer that the cartridge is empty. If you refill the cartridge, it can only be used if the original chip has not expired or been damaged. The corresponding replacement chip is available here.

    The expired or damaged original chips are replaced with these replacement chips for HP 950, 951.

    The useful life of the chip is about 2 years. The chips are usable once and have a capacity of approx. 1,000 pages for the black cartridge and approx. 700 pages for the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges.

    Bought these to resurrect my old hp cartridges that kept saying depleted. Worked a treat now after refilling shows proper ink levels
