    Use this Soldering Iron to weld a filler opening (17 mm) into your laser toner cartridge. After the refill you can seal the opening with heat resistant Adhesive Tape which is also available at our Online Shop.

    When do you need a Soldering Iron:

    1. If a filler opening does not exist or if no opening is visible! You can identify a filler opening by its plastic seal.
    2. If you don´t want to disassemble your laser toner cartridge

    Safety Advice! There are serious health risks with improper usage of toner powder and toner refills. We highly recommend the use of protective masks or vacuum machines. Furthermore toner powder and toner refills can be highly flammable in combination with oxygen.

    Diese Art ein Loch zu machen verläuft spanfrei und daher ideal für diesen Zweck - funktioniert bestens.

    Lötkolben

    Der Lötkolben erfüllt seinen Zweck ,die Löcher wurden sauber ohne Wulst geschmolzen .
    Trichter vom gelieferten Toner passten perfekt .Produckt kann ich empfehlen.

    Suche jetzt noch 17 mm Verschlussstopfen.

    Wir haben Tests mit Verschlussstopfen gemacht und uns dann doch für Gewebeklebeband entschieden. Da das eingeschweißte Loch bzw. der Lochrand nie absolut glatt ist, konnte unser Verschlussstopfen die Öffnung nicht komplett abdichten. Unser Test-Stopfen war aus HDPE. Ein sehr weicher Gummistopfen könnte funktionieren. Mit Gewebeklebeband (siehe Octopus Sortiment)  gab es bisher keinerlei Beanstandungen.
