The alternative kit of refillable cartridges replacing Epson 29 inkjets cartridges is suitable for the following printer models:
Epson Expression Home XP-235, XP-240 Series, XP-245, XP-247, XP-250 Series, XP-255, XP-257, XP-330 Series, XP-332, XP-335, XP-340 Series, XP-342, XP-345, XP-350 Series, XP-352, XP-355, XP-430 Series, XP-432, XP-435, XP-440 Series, XP-442, XP-445, XP-450 Series, XP-452, XP-455

Reset process Information:
The printer will show two different messages reffering to the ink level of your cartridge. This will happen regardless to the real ink level. The first message will state "ink almost empty" but you can continue printing. After the last message "ink empty" the printer will stop to work. Now the auto reset chip can be resetted by simply removing the cartridge for 10 seconds and place it back in the printer. While doing this you can refill the Fill-In cartridge with ink.

The entire set of cartridges has to be replaced. It is not possible to use individual refillable cartridges combined with original cartridges of the Epson 29 cartridge series.
Each refillable cartridge has an auto reset chip which resets itself back to status full after this cartridge has been marked as empty and taken out of the printer. In this way you can easily go on printing after every refill.

Recommended quantity of refill ink:
Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow refillable inkjet cartridge: 9 ml - 10 ml

Important note for the first use:
Before putting the cartridges into operation for the first time, please insert the empty cartridges into your printer.
The printer will recognize the cartridges as new full cartridges. Now the cartridges can be removed, filled with ink, placed back into the printer and can be used as intended.
In some exceptional cases the printer will refuse the cartridges due to the a newer firmware version.
Unfilled cartridges can be returned for refund.

Buongiorno, le cartucce hanno la spugna? Le devo utilizzare con i vostri inchiostri UV e secondo i vostri tutorial su Youtube è fondamentale che NON abbiano la spugna. Grazie mille, Fabio

Ciao, queste cartucce hanno una camera d'inchiostro vuota. Quindi non c'è nessuna spugna e puoi riempire le cartucce con inchiostro UV. Guten Tag, und vielen Dank für Ihre Frage. Epson ist sehr hinterher, alles daran zu setzen, die Verwendung von alternativen Produkten zu verhindern. Vermutlich haben Sie Updates installiert auf Ihrem Drucker? Es gibt leider keinen Geheimtipp, den Drucker dazu zu bringen, die Patronen zu erkennen. Wir können Ihnen in diesem Fall nur anbieten, dass Sie die Patronen retournieren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen - Ihr Octopus Team

Erstbefüllung und der erste Einsatz in meinen EPSON XP-442 waren kein Problem. Patronen wurden wie beschrieben erkannt, Düsentest & Druck einwandfrei. Beim ersten Nachfüllen hatte ich etwas Schwierigkeiten bis der Drucker wieder richtig gedruckt hat. Ich habe das Einsetzen korrekt vorgenommen, das Click-Geräsch ist deutlich vernehmbar. Die Belüftungslöcher sind offen. Und obwohl der Drucker alle Patronen auch als Alternativ-Tinte erkannt hatte musste ich 2 der Patronen mehrfach herausnehmen und wieder einsetzen, bis sie Tinte abgegeben haben. AutoReset hat auch funktioniert. Nach erneutem Nachfüllen heute werden zwar auch wieder alle Patronen erkannt, allerdings druckt jetzt nur noch die Farbe CYAN. Die anderen Farben (Magenta, Yellow, Black) sind im Düsentestmuster nicht zu sehen. Kopfreinigung mehrfach durchgeführt. Hilft nicht. Auch mehrfaches Entfernen und wieder Einsetzen der Patronen hilft dieses Mal nicht mehr. Für mich sieht es fast danach aus als ob Epson in dem Modell die Dorne welche die Patrone anstechen kürzer gemacht hat, so daß diese das in Ihren Patronen unten offensichtlich eingebaute Ventil nicht mehr zuverlässig öffnen... vielleicht leiert auch nach mehrfachem Entnehmen/Einsetzen der Patrone derenRastmechanik etwas aus so daß die Patrone nicht mehr tief genug sitzt ? Sind Ihnen derartige Probleme bekannt ? Können Sie eine Lösung vorschlagen ?

So wie es klingt, ist bei Ihren Patronen tatsächlich der Tintenfluss unterbrochen. Wenn der Druckkopf druckt, saugt er die Tinte aus den Patronen. Das klappt allerdings nur dann gut, wenn der Tintenfluss nicht durch Lufteinschlüsse unterbrochen ist. Wir haben die Fill In Patronen in der Vergangenheit in solchen Fällen wieder zum laufen gebracht, indem wir mit der leeren Spritze etwas Luft in die Belüftungslöscher, der im Drucker eingesetzten Patrone, gedrückt haben. Das jetzt bei Ihrem Epson Drucker die Dorne verkürzt sein sollen, können wir uns nicht vorstellen.
