Magnetic printer
Magnetic printers work on a similar principle to laser printers and copiers. However, here the platen is magnetized by a print head/printing bar, the magnetic toner sticks to it and is then fixed to the paper. To apply a new image, the roller must first be cleaned and demagnetized again.
