    Tintenpatronen konnten nicht wie in der
    Anleitung beschrieben befüllt werden.
    Entweder entstand ein Vacuum beim absaugen der noch vorhandenen Tinte, oder ein Überdruck beim Versuch neue Tinte in die

    Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit der von uns erhaltenen Nachfülltinte nicht zufrieden sind. Die Anleitung zum Nachfüllen gilt nur für originale Brother-Patronen LC-3217/LC-3219, welche im Inneren einen Folienbeutel als Vorratsbehälter haben. Drittanbieterpatronen mit Festkörper können ggf. nicht befüllt werden. Gern können Sie uns direkt kontaktieren, damit wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden.

    Wir entschuldigen uns für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.

    "Hallo, funktioniert das Set (Artikelnummer BL3217S1) auch für den Typ MFC-J5340DW? Die Kartuschen auf dem Video schauen ziemlich gleich aus. Was passiert, wenn der Chip nicht zurückgesetzt wird? Kann dann trotzdem noch gedruckt werden, aber man bekommt halt immer die Info, dass die Patrone leer ist oder druckt der Drucker dann gar nicht mehr? Danke schon mal. vg. "
