These refillable cartridges replace the Canon PGI-570 and Canon CLI-571 cartridges in the following printer models:
Canon Pixma MG 5700, MG 5750, MG 5760, MG 6800, MG 6850, MG 6860, MG 7700, MG 7720, MG 7750, MG 7760, TS 5000, TS 5020, TS 5050, TS 6000, TS 6020, TS 6040, TS 6050, TS 8000, TS 8020, TS 8040, TS 8050, TS 9000, TS 9020, TS 9050, TS 9055.
All currently supported models can be found in the "Compatibility" tab.
 
The entire set of cartridges has to be replaced. It is not possible to use individual refillable cartridges combined with original cartridges of the Canon PGI-570 and Canon CLI-571 series. Each of them has an auto reset chip which resets itself every time you replace the cartridge from your printer and by switching off the printer. In this way you can easily go on printing after every refill.
 
These cartridges are refilled by means of the filler opening on top. Remove the coloured plug and fill the cartridge. Then reinsert the plug.
 
Recommended refill volumes:
Large, black cartridge 20 ml
Slim cartridges 10 ml
 
The orange strip at the top labelled "pull" has to be removed during the printing process. This way, air can replace the ink used for printing; otherwise a vacuum is created that impedes the flow of the ink to the print head. Please check that you use the correct ink for these cartridges! All-round inks or inks for other cartridge types may affect the operation of your printer and even damage the print head.

Good afternoon and all the best for 2019 Can you explain why we have to change the full set and what's happening if we change only one ? When you are saying autoreset does it means we can refill other times the used cartridge without the optionnal USB resetter ? Best regards Didier

Hello and thank you for your message. We advice to change the set in whole because the chips of one set kind of work together. You may try to change only one cartridge, it might work as well. If it doesn´t change all the cartridges. The chip attached to these cartridges counts down the printed pages until it reaches "0". Now the chip is empty empty. Take out the cartridge, refill it with the ink, insert the cartridge again and the chip will be reset already all by it self. No further equipment will be needed. If using a chip resetter with the autoreset chips, the chips get damaged irreparably. Kind regards - Your Octopus Team

Hab die befüllbaren FillIn Patronen für Canon PGI-570, CLI 571 mit Autoresetchips für meinen Pixma MG 5750 befüllt. Entgegen den Patronen im Erklärvideo, haben diese Patronen bzgl. der Belüftung keinen Klebestreifen zum Abziehen, sondern einen farblosen Gummipfopfen. Ist dieser zu entfernen, oder nicht?

Guten Tag, es kann ein, dass die Bauart der Patronen etwas angepasst wurde. Der durchsichtige Belüftungsstopfen muss vor dem Einsetzen in den Drucker entfernt werden. Ihr Octopus Team

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe Ihren Film zu "befüllbare FILL In Patronen für Canon PGI-570, CLI-571 gesehen. Da es sich hier um keine Original Patronen handelt und der Chip auch nicht original ist, frage ich mich, wie der Drucker das neue Material erkennt ohne eine Fehlmeldung zu bringen. Wenn die Patronen leer sind, kann ich erneut befüllen u.s.w ....und der Drucker akzeptiert alles? Der Chip muss doch zurück gestellt werden! Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus Normann

Guten Tag, wir danken für Ihre Anfrage. Die Autoresetchips der Canon PGI-570, CLI-571 sind derart programmiert, dass die zum Betrieb notwendigen Informationen für den Drucker bereitgestellt werden können. Ebenso registriert der Chip den realen Leerstand einer Patrone und setzt sich entsprechend wieder zurück. Die ‚Absprache‘ zum Zurücksetzen findet dabei auf informationstechnischer Ebene zwischen Drucker und Patrone statt, sodass es keiner mechanischen Handgriffe bedarf. Ihr Drucker wird Ihnen maximal melden, dass es sich bei den Fill In Patronen nicht um Originale Patronen handelt und mit Ihrer Zustimmung zur Verwendung der alternativen Produkte anschließend ganz gewöhnlich weiter arbeiten.
